Spacecraft Cygnus Prepared for Launch
Packed with about 8,200 pounds of supplies, the Northrop Grumman Cygnus spacecraft is scheduled to launch on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket. Space Launch Complex 40 at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida will be the launch site.

Two Essential Elements
The Pressurized Cargo Module and the Service Module are the two primary components of Cygnus. The Service Module, which is outfitted with the newest navigational and aerospace technologies from Northrop Grumman, is essential to the mission’s direction. At the same time, the Pressurized Cargo Module is in charge of delivering supplies, machinery, and research to locations in low-Earth orbit.
